Arrival. Whenever possible driver will back into your driveway and park in the optimum location to unload pallets near area to be sodded
STAGE #2 Un-strapping.
Public Works and Transportation requires all deliver trucks to be equipped with straps and tarps for the safety of other drivers & pedestrians
STAGE #3
Removing the tarp.
After un-strapping is complete, driver rolls up the tarp
STAGE #4 In the drivers seat.
Driver set a-top the un-loader command centre to first stabalize the truck and then begin un-loading pallets of sod
STAGE #5
Removing pallet(s) of sod from the truck begins
Unloading Sod Continues...

Un-loader arm has 25' reach for easy maneuvering to reach destination points
Important Note #2 Generally speaking our un-loader allows the driver to place the pallet(s) of sod at convenient locations for you the consumer
**PLEASE NOTE: A refundable pallet charge is applicable for direct delivery of NB Quality Turf. Upon retrieval of the pallets (skids), a refund cheque (representing the amount charged for the pallets) is mailed out to the customer.
